Greet spa guests upon entry, orient them to facilities, and provide personal service while maintaining cleanliness and esthetic appeal. Support daily spa operations under the Manager's direction, contribute to sales goals by increasing product and service revenue, and manage inventory restocking. Handle member issues, staffing, and schedule creation while professionally communicating with maintenance staff. Enforce policies, escalate concerns when required, and assist with training new staff members. Answer emails, phone calls, and voicemails in a timely manner. Work opening and closing shifts in a fast-paced environment, requiring a valid Massage Therapy or Esthetics License and strong customer service skills.
