Job Summary
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Spa Associates, Licensed Massage Therapists, and Estheticians; drive membership growth, retail sales, client retention, and overall spa performance; recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop top talent; foster a positive, professional, and guest-focused culture; ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence; monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve business goals; manage staffing, scheduling, and daily spa operations; partner with ownership on marketing, community outreach, and business development efforts; maintain compliance with Hand & Stone brand standards, policies, and procedures; lead by example and create an environment of accountability, teamwork, and success.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, wellness, fitness, beauty, or spa environments
