Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day operational management of the property spa, ensuring exemplary quality standards, safe work areas, and excellent guest satisfaction while overseeing staff interviews, hiring, training, and scheduling. Develop marketing strategies, manage budgets and business plans, and implement promotions to maximize profitability and control labor and supply costs. Train new technicians, maintain protocol manuals, and oversee facility maintenance and inventory levels. Work with property departments, manage the Dayforce system for payroll, and respond to guest complaints to ensure minimal business impact. Requires proficiency in computer systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 5 years' retail sales/spa management/supervisory experience
- College degree in Hospitality, Resort or Business, Management or equivalent related industry work experience
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays
- Knowledgeable in local and state licensing requirements, municipal health regulations and federal and state tax laws
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 40 pounds, stand, stoop, bend and climb stairs for up to 8 hour shift
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
