Job Summary
Monitor the locker room and public areas during operating hours, greeting guests and members while issuing lockers, offering towels, and assisting with steam and sauna equipment. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the Spa and fitness area, ensuring amenities are stocked, operating equipment properly, and using Spa software to check appointments. Serve as the primary source of information regarding available treatments, procedures, and safety protocols, while recognizing and responding appropriately to emergency situations. Adhere to the company's service culture, attend required meetings and trainings, and maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must adhere to the company's Service culture
- Must participate in all hotel required meetings and trainings
- Must maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Must be able to stand and work for extended periods of time
- Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
- Exposure to chemicals
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects in excess of 30 pounds occasionally, frequently, or 10 pounds constantly
- Must be able to bend, stoop or reach as needed
- Must recognize and respond appropriately to emergency situations
- Must abide by all resort policies and safety rules
- Must be able to prove identity and eligibility to work in the United States through E-Verify
