Job Summary
Spa Intern supports daily operations related to treatments and massages in the Spa Department at Mandarin Oriental, Milan, including curating guest experiences from arrival to departure, ensuring treatment rooms and relaxation areas meet luxury hospitality standards, assisting therapists and spa attendants, helping monitor spa inventory, collaborating with other hotel departments, and participating in brand training sessions to learn and apply spa service standards and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Studies in massage therapy
- obtained or upcoming certification in a cosmetology, aesthetic, or related field
- Italian and English communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
