Spa Host - Male

Greet and orient guests, escort them to lockers with robes and slippers, and maintain cleanliness across lounge, locker rooms, fitness center, and wet facilities. Answer phones, route calls, manage emails, and assist with reservations to ensure smooth communication between guests and staff. Provide confirmation calls, address appointment changes, and confidently recommend spa services and retail products. Turn rooms between treatments, assist with laundry, and keep inventory up-to-date. Handle guest interactions with high-level hospitality, resolve concerns, and ensure a perfect experience. Requires high school diploma, hospitality or spa experience, and ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours available.
