Job Summary
Welcome members by name and greet guests with a warm, hospitable demeanor to ensure an amazing experience. Manage member lists, book spa services and personal training classes, and collect laundry for the Housekeeping Department. Maintain a clean, sanitary reception area while solving guest concerns in real-time and communicating feedback to management. Train new hires on Soho House service standards and build positive relationships with members and guests. Fluent in English and Spanish, this role requires strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
