Spa Executive responsible for orientating guests to spa facilities, greeting guests, and delivering personal guest service. Ensure smooth spa operations by reviewing daily treatment schedules and maintaining guest areas to meet standards and protocols. Prepare professional body care products, set up dry sauna rooms and baths, take drink orders, serve poolside, and keep pool areas tidy. Transport linen carts to the laundry facility and support overall spa and pool area operations in a mid-senior level hospitality role.
