Job Summary
Directly supervise all Retreat operations, managing inventory, driving revenue, and ensuring brand system adherence. Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent while creating and executing individual and overall team goals. Dedicate time to work the floor for in-the-moment coaching and demonstrate leadership by leading by example. Effectively manage schedules to ensure proper daily execution and create an environment focused on supreme guest service and loyalty. Plan and execute local events, conduct marketing activities to drive leads, and develop partnerships with area businesses. Work varied hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years membership-based service or retail management experience
- Experience managing hourly wage employees
- Self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Capacity to develop positive relationships with employees to manage coaching/mentoring with discipline
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of computers and standard software
- Basic business math skills
- Financial and P&L experience
- Able to work varied hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.
