Job Summary
Directly supervise all Retreat operations, driving revenue, managing inventory, and ensuring brand system adherence across every shift. Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent while creating and managing schedules to execute daily goals. Work the floor to provide in-the-moment coaching, demonstrate personal and team goal achievement, and foster supreme guest service. Lead marketing activities to drive leads, develop local business partnerships, and implement the brand mission to build guest loyalty. Plan and execute events to promote Massage Heights in the area. Requires varied hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years membership-based service or retail management experience
- Experience managing hourly wage employees
- Self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Capacity to develop positive relationships with employees to manage coaching/mentoring with discipline
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of computers and standard software
- Basic business math skills
- Financial and P&L experience
- Able to work varied hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.
