Job Summary
Drive operational and financial results for the Spa, ensuring profitability while maintaining W, LQA, and Forbes standards. Develop marketing strategies, build member loyalty, and create innovative treatment concepts and partnerships. Analyze monthly sales and financial reports to propose recommendations based on market trends and seasonality. Manage a Talent structure, conduct training programs, and handle guest requests and complaints professionally. Ensure strict compliance with Swiss hygiene regulations and guarantee facility maintenance. Collaborate with marketing leadership to coordinate annual plans and promotional offers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an equivalent role in a luxury Spa
- Experience in luxury hospitality
- Fluent in French and English
- Due to visa regulations, only applications from Switzerland and the European Union will be considered
