Job Summary
Develop and execute a long-term strategic vision to drive business growth and maximize revenue for the Chocolate Spa®. Manage full P&L responsibility, including budget creation, financial forecasting, and active oversight to achieve annual revenue targets. Oversee the 40,000-square-foot luxury facility to ensure brand compliance, guest satisfaction, and five-star operational standards while maintaining membership club relationships. Direct departmental heads, lead training strategies, and identify new business development opportunities such as retail partnerships and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with senior hotel leadership and revenue management teams to align operations with corporate goals. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality, 7-10+ years of senior spa management experience, and a proven track record managing $10M+ annual turnover facilities. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in spa or hospitality management at a senior leadership level
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, high-revenue facilities ($10M+ annual turnover)
- Deep understanding of luxury brand standards and guest service excellence
