Job Summary
Develop and execute a long-term strategic plan to drive business growth and maximize annual revenue targets through full P&L responsibility. Oversee the 40,000-square-foot Chocolate Spa facility to ensure luxury brand compliance, optimal performance, and superior guest satisfaction while managing a robust membership club. Direct departmental heads, mentor managers, and lead training strategies to build a high-performing team. Identify new services and retail partnerships to enhance revenue streams and collaborate with senior leadership to align operations with corporate goals. Ensure all facility maintenance, equipment upgrades, and health protocols meet five-star standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in spa or hospitality management at a senior leadership level
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, high-revenue facilities ($10M+ annual turnover)
- Deep understanding of luxury brand standards and guest service excellence
- Advanced financial acumen and experience with P&L management
