Spa Coordinator

Orchestrates the spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow, provides exceptional guest service while recommending retail and gift cards, ensures a positive, consistent guest experience, supports the General Manager and leadership team, stays highly organized with strong attention to detail, maintains a clean, professional front desk environment, and is comfortable traveling between Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed. Must have Meevo experience (required or highly preferred), prior spa/hospitality/front desk experience, and be able to travel between locations. Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking abilities are essential. This role is offered as Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinator positions with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for Full-Time (36+ hours per week) and includes benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts.
