Job Summary
The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring a Travel Spa Coordinator to orchestrate spa schedules, manage guest flow, and support leadership across Montclair and Hoboken locations. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional guest service, recommending retail and gift cards, maintaining a clean and professional front desk, coordinating travel between the two spa sites as needed, and assisting the General Manager and leadership team with daily operations. Must have Meevo experience (preferred) and strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills. Eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff (36+ hours/week) and opportunities for growth through Woodhouse University and ongoing training. Equal Opportunity Employer.
