Job Summary
Provide a warm introduction to spa guests; reserve and confirm spa appointments; communicate knowledge of the spa menu and products; assist guests with lockers and amenities; ensure spa setup and decor meet standards; conduct hourly walkthroughs and recovery of spa; address client needs, resolve complaints, and maintain high guest satisfaction; maintain cleanliness and organization of spa facility, treatment rooms, and back-of-house areas; keep boutique and retail spaces stocked; attend meetings and training; demonstrate teamwork and collaboration; follow safety procedures including OSHA, bloodborne pathogens, and evacuation protocols; comply with handbook policies and attendance, dress code, anti-harassment, and workplace policies; work flexible hours including midweek and weekends; operate basic office equipment and spa-related technology; role located on-site at a hotel resort/spa.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a guest-facing customer service role
- conflict resolution and de-escalation experience
- ability to work flexible hours including holidays, weekdays and weekends
- English proficiency (read/write/speak)
- ability to pass a background check
