Job Summary
Spa Concierge role at The Woodhouse Spa in Houston, TX, responsible for supporting the spa manager, therapists, and guests; handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments, processing payments, promoting retail products, educating guests on the Woodhouse experience, and driving service and retail sales. Requires 2+ years of sales experience (spa setting preferred), strong computer and scheduling software skills, excellent guest service, ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs. Required Qualifications
- 2 years or more of sales experience
