Job Summary
As a Spa Concierge at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, you’ll be the first point of connection in a journey of relaxation and luxury. You will check guests in and out, assist with spa and/or salon appointments, provide sincere, enthusiastic, high-quality customer service to spa and salon clients, manage the cash bank daily, and promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products. The role emphasizes a polished presence, attentive service, and the ability to upsell experiences while maintaining guest satisfaction. Starting rate is $15.00 per hour plus tips. Must be 21+ and capable of working in a fast-paced, luxury environment; prior guest service and cash handling experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Experience in guest service is preferred
- Cash handling experience is desired
- Provide services including spa/salon appointments, check guests in and out of facility, promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
