Spa Concierge - Supervisor

Advise employees on property information, group bookings, and policy changes while answering guest inquiries about services and amenities. Confirm guest details prior to treatments, monitor daily schedules, and manage last-minute changes or additions. Promote spa and retail products, complete requisitions for supplies, and inspect work areas to ensure conformance to standards. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff; report accidents and unsafe conditions. Follow company policies, maintain professional appearance, and ensure adherence to quality expectations. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
