Job Summary
Spa Concierge for Yellowstone Club's Summer season in Big Sky, MT. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting Members and guests, providing outstanding guest service, facilitating spa reservations, maintaining accurate records, handling charges for services, ensuring security procedures are followed, and collaborating with other departments to fulfill Member and guest requests. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of customer service experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency with club management systems and basic math. This is a seasonal, temporary position June–September with benefits such as transportation to Bozeman, meals, 401k eligibility, and employee housing options.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or vocational training
- One to two years’ experience in customer service
- Strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
