Job Summary
Oversee front desk operations and associates to ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient scheduling of guest services and guest contact. Assist with training Holistic Healing Center services team in all tasks related to their position, as well as possessing an in-depth knowledge of HHC treatments. Maintain open lines of communication with Spa and Wellness Leadership and Service Providers. Resolve guest complaints quickly and efficiently and to the Guest’s satisfaction. Perform administrative duties such as managing Spa memberships, tracking/preparing for Spa VIP arrivals, performing associate reviews and interviews, and reconciling over and shorts. Essential functions include greeting and welcoming guests, confirming service preferences, anticipating guest needs, acting as a reference for guests, understanding opening/closing responsibilities, maintaining a motivated team, managing front desk supplies, communicating about services and pricing, explaining treatments, ensuring smooth check-in and guest experience, handling guest problems, modeling Nemacolin values, motivating staff to sell and upgrade experiences, and related duties. Knowledge, skills and abilities required include high school diploma or eq., customer-service orientation, excellent communication, valid driver’s license, English fluency, and ability to work flexible hours. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer-service oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to speak English
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, holidays and weekends
