Job Summary
Spa Concierge at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, responsible for maintaining a high standard of service across the Spa & Wellness, greeting guests, giving tours, organizing appointments to maximize time and profitability, answering guest questions, creating and reviewing SOPs, and supporting a luxury hospitality team. Requires experience in a luxury spa or reception, strong IT/system skills, excellent communication, teamwork, and flexibility to work a 39-hour, rotating shift schedule (mon-sun). Required Qualifications
