Job Summary
Spa Concierge responsible for managing spa and wellness operations, including reception coverage across Spa Reception, Salon & Barber Reception, Spa Retail, Consultation Lounge, Spa Suites, and related facilities; maintain cleanliness of changing rooms, toilets, showers, relaxation areas, and pool; assist therapists with setup and teardown of treatments; ensure lockers are stocked with clean linen; organize appointment scheduling to maximize usage and guest satisfaction; uphold Safe, Sound and Sustainability standards; demonstrate teamwork across spa and hotel colleagues; perform opening and closing duties; maintain professional communication via telephone and in-person interactions; knowledge of Spa Soft, treatments, and products; punctual, professional demeanor and strong guest-focus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service environment
- Hotel school qualifications preferable
- Previous 5-star hotel experience advantageous
- Good knowledge of computer systems required
- Strong telephone skills and etiquette
- Professional attitude, punctuality, neat appearance
