Job Summary
Greet, register, and service guests while making and confirming reservations. Compute bills, collect payments, and handle messages using the PMS system. Resolve guest complaints and perform bookkeeping activities like balancing accounts and conducting audits. Maintain high guest satisfaction scores and adhere to sustainability guidelines under the Earth View program. Follow safety standards and OSHA protocols while performing other duties as requested. This role supports the Spa Concierge career path toward Spa Operations Manager or Spa Director within The Rittenhouse Hotel's Echelon Luxury & Lifestyle division.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or comparable work experience
- Previous customer service experience or equivalent training
- Must be available for holidays, weekends and alternate shifts
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to push
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to bend and reach
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be able to crouch
- Must be able to follow MSDS and OSHA standards
