Job Summary
Spa Concierge greets guests and serves as the first and last impression of Woodhouse Spa, ensuring a friendly, inviting, and memorable guest experience. Responsibilities include assisting guests and managers, answering calls to schedule appointments and process payments, partnering with therapists to promote guest retention, educating guests about the Woodhouse experience and spa amenities, driving service and retail sales, supporting the concierge team to meet monthly retail goals, remembering guest preferences, and maintaining attendance. Requires the ability to work weekends and some holidays, interact professionally with guests and team members, and proficiency in English with basic computer skills. Prior customer service and reservations experience is preferred.
