Job Summary
Spa Concierge Specialist delivers Best in Class in-person and phone guest service at the Spa front desk and retail boutique, handling reservations for spa services, pool rentals, day passes, and special events, managing guest databases, VIP arrivals, and POS transactions while promoting promotions and loyalty programs; requires strong communication, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with Outlook/Word/Excel, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and provide a genuine, professional guest experience in a spa/casino setting; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays and potential gaming-license considerations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in guest services required; must have worked directly with guests
- Previous experience in a Spa, Front Desk or Retail environment preferred
