Spa Concierge

Conduct guest check-ins, confirm appointments, and provide spa orientation while answering service inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts. Coordinate reservations in the software system, process payments, and manage cash tips and bank deposits. Report maintenance needs, accidents, and unsafe conditions to the manager while adhering to all company policies and procedures. Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality, and assist guests with disabilities. Perform duties requiring standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 pounds as requested by supervisors.
