Job Summary
Create Spa experiences for guests by providing service recommendations and wellness activity guidance to ensure the environment remains warm, relaxing, and healing. Manage daily bookings to distribute workload equally among massage therapists, process reservations from pre-arrival to final collection, and communicate guest comments to management for follow-up. Maintain assigned treatment areas and the Spa Boutique to specific standards, while ensuring therapists understand special indications from medical consultation forms. Guide clients on product lines for retail sales and perform administrative tasks as required. Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, communicating professionally in Spa languages and adhering to the Spa Services Charter.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience preferably, in a high-level Spa or luxury hotel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office application de Spa
- Ability to read and write in English
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, depending on the needs of the department

- Be able to communicate professionally and effectively in the languages used in the Spa
