Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, manage spa reservations, and handle check-ins/out while reviewing itineraries and special requests. Recommend retail products confidently, process payments with proper cash handling, and ensure all spa protocols are followed. Maintain a professional appearance in full uniform with specific footwear requirements and participate in staff meetings, workshops, and inventory events. This role requires standing or sitting for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, and frequent interpersonal exchanges with guests. The position is open to those 18 or older with a High School Diploma, offering a $500 signing bonus.
