Required Qualifications
- Must have availability to work FRIDAY, SATURDAY, and SUNDAY
- Must be timely and dependable

- Must be confident when recommending memberships, packages, and product
- Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable using internet-based systems, programs, and social media
- Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities
- Must have previous experience in service-based roles where metrics are measured and evaluated
- Must have a positive, can-do attitude
- Must have a friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
- Must have superior organizational skills
- Must be able to attend monthly and quarterly meetings both on-site and virtually.
- Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional, part-time schedule including opening hours, closing hours, and shift coverage.
