Job Summary
Oversee daily boutique and spa operations by welcoming guests, managing retail inventory, processing transactions, and ensuring visual merchandising standards. Supervise team members through scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluations while maintaining accurate cash reconciliation and inventory records. Resolve guest concerns professionally and drive sales performance to uphold luxury hospitality standards. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role supports the Inn's centennial celebration and aligns with Auberge Collection's service excellence mission.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of luxury retail, spa, hospitality, or boutique experience
- Minimum one year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 30 pounds without assistance
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Auberge Resorts Collection grooming standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or hospitality-related education
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
