Job Summary
Spa Attendant at The Edgewater Spa in Madison, WI. Greet guests and conduct tours of the spa and fitness center, maintain cleanliness, stock products, and support hotel concierge duties for the Langdon Building. Requires exceptional customer service, guest-focused communication, flexibility to work evenings/weekends, and the ability to stay on your feet and perform general housekeeping tasks. Prior guest service experience in a luxury spa or hospitality setting is preferred, and experience with spa-booker software is a plus. A team-oriented, detail-focused, and professional demeanor is essential. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401K, discounts, and parking options.
Required Qualifications
- Previous guest service experience
- Experience within a luxury spa or hospitality role is a plus
- Previous Spa booker software experience is a plus
- The physical ability to carry out all job duties efficiently
- A caring, hard-working, outgoing individual who is able to meet/exceed customer expectations
- A team-oriented attitude and a detail-focused mind
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to work in a team environment
- A flexible schedule to accommodate evening, weekend, and holiday availability
- The ability to stay on your feet while restocking our fitness and spa locker room facilities, folding towels and spa robes, and completing general housekeeping/cleaning assignments in the Spa areas of operation
