Job Summary
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, hydrotherapy facilities, and specialised bathing treatments including seaweed baths and mineral soaks to five-star hygiene and presentation standards. Clean, sanitise, and reset all spa areas, equipment, and linens following each guest use while adhering strictly to infection control and health safety procedures. Escort guests, respond promptly to operational requests, and ensure treatment environments are welcoming, safe, and fully stocked with amenities before appointments. Monitor stock levels, assist with laundry management, and support the wider Spa & Wellness team during busy periods.
