Job Summary
Spa Attendant for the Men's Locker Room at Spa Mirbeau Crossgates. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas including locker rooms, resting areas, fitness spaces, and treatment rooms; deliver fresh linens and guest supplies; assist in the Laundry Department; greet guests warmly, provide tours when appropriate, and ensure discretion and confidentiality in all guest interactions. Follow all spa cleaning protocols and standards, monitor equipment and amenities, and support operational tasks to deliver a calm, welcoming, and pristine guest experience aligned with Forbes and Mirbeau standards. The role is part-time and based in Albany, NY, with responsibilities spanning guest-facing service and behind-the-scenes facilities maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facility upkeep preferred
- Background in hospitality, spa, or wellness environments is desirable
- Basic English comprehension and communication skills required (spoken and understood)
