Job Summary
Provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival (location, locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations); offer guests amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows; escort guests to treatment rooms; maintain cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, locker rooms, and lounges; stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities; dispose of trash and dirty linens; secure supplies; report accidents or unsafe conditions; follow company policies and ensure professional appearance; anticipate guests' needs and maintain positive working relationships; perform additional reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisors; must be able to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
