Greet and accompany guests to the locker area, assign lockers, and provide necessary amenities while communicating proper facility usage for safety. Maintain clean restrooms and showers, replace used towels and bathmats, and wipe down showers after each use. Stock and serve beverages and fruits in lounge areas, manage laundry processes, dispose of soiled linens, and fold fresh towels per standard operating procedures. Arrange spa areas with ice packs and towels to ensure guest comfort.
