Job Summary
Promote spa treatments, retail products, and promotions while efficiently processing customer transactions and organizing the waiting list. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment through active visual merchandising and shelf maintenance. Achieve daily sales and productivity goals by engaging customers and managing inventory, with flexibility to perform additional duties as required. This role supports Be Relax's mission to enhance travelers' journeys through massage therapy and specialized products at DFW International Airport, offering competitive hourly pay, commission, tips, and comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- Have a passion for the Health and Wellness Industry
- At least 1-2 years of retail sales experience
- Show enthusiasm in effectively engaging with customers
- Late shifts availability (2pm-10pm)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
