Job Summary
Welcome and greet residents, answer phones, and schedule services. Maintain inventory of spa supplies, organize pool and gym areas, and ensure massage rooms are clean and prepared. Wash, dry, and fold towels; prepare iced fruit water daily and replenish supplies as needed. Clean gym machines, rack weights, dispose of trash, and ensure mirrors are spotless. Remove trash from bathrooms and pool decks, report equipment malfunctions immediately, and complete daily checklists of groundskeeping items. Assist other departments on projects and duties as assigned while ensuring residents comply with Association Rules and Regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a related position
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- English speaking
- The ability to work in a busy, luxury, and fast-paced environment
- The ability to convey a positive and 'can-do' attitude at all times, including during high-stressful situations
- Ability to communicate effectively with other staff
- Must be able to work well with others as the role will require cooperation from other team members
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Manual dexterity
- Auditory and visual skills
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less
- Long periods of standing and walking
- Ability to work outdoors
