Spa Attendant

Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner, escorting them to locker rooms, relaxation lounges, and wet areas while anticipating needs with amenities, refreshments, towels, robes, and slippers. Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of all spa facilities, including sauna, steam, showers, and thermal areas, ensuring strict hygiene and sanitation standards. Monitor spa traffic and cleanliness throughout the shift, assisting in preparing treatment rooms before and after services, and quickly reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management. Coordinate with therapists, front desk, and Management to support smooth operations, maintain inventory of robes and supplies, and adhere to all daily checklists, cleaning schedules, and local regulatory requirements.
