Job Summary
The Spa Attendant is responsible for orienting guests to spa facilities, greeting guests as they enter, and providing personal guest service; duties include opening/closing steam, sauna, and whirlpool areas, stocking amenities, coordinating lockers and linens, maintaining cleanliness of the treatment and fitness areas, stocking snack/water stations, processing inventory, supporting trainings, promoting spa services and retail, and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction with professional, friendly service. Ability to work flexible shifts, stand and walk for extended periods, and communicate effectively with guests and staff is required; prior guest-service experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: A minimum of one year’s experience in guest service desired. Computer software knowledge preferred.
