Job Summary
Conduct spa tours for guests, VIPs, and prospective members while educating them on facility usage, benefits, and health and safety protocols. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all spa areas, logging maintenance issues and reordering supplies as needed. Maximize revenue by recommending "do it yourself" experiences and record guest preferences accurately to update profiles. Respond promptly to guest enquiries, report complaints to the Spa Manager, and organize daily operations according to the appointment book. Liaise with hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met and support reception and fitness attendant duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene
- Always be punctual and prepared in advance of treatments
- Must adhere to training as set down by the Spa Supervisor and attend all training courses as deemed necessary
