Job Summary
Conduct spa tours for guests, VIPs, and prospective members while educating them on facility usage, benefits, and health and safety protocols. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all spa areas, ensuring adequate supplies of amenities, linen, and products are available. Record guest preferences accurately, update profiles, and log maintenance issues or cleaning gaps in software. Organize daily operations according to the appointment book, manage locker area capacity, and prepare areas for the next shift. Respond promptly to guest enquiries, report complaints to the Spa Manager, and liaise with hotel departments to meet guest needs. Support reception and fitness attendant duties as required while adhering to all training standards.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as laid down by the Spa Director/Manager.
- Always be punctual and prepared in advance of treatments.
- Must adhere to training as set down by the Spa Supervisor and attend all training courses as deemed necessary.
