Job Summary
Greet guests in the reception area, answer telephone and in-person inquiries regarding appointments, and address guest concerns. Maintain the cleanliness of the Spa Indoor Pool, Health Club, and bathrooms by dusting tables, removing dirty towels, replenishing supplies, and ensuring floors stay dry. Clean health club equipment with approved disinfectants, vacuum guest corridors, maintain stairwells, and organize linen rooms. Handle guest requests, manage 'Lost and Found' items, and report equipment deficiencies to the manager. Complete special projects as assigned by the Spa Director, attend required meetings, and turn in keys and assignment sheets at the end of the shift.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- experience in a hotel or a related field
- strong attention to detail
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
- ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
