Job Summary
Provide professional spa services and assist in the operation of all spa departments, guiding guests to appointments and helping with use of sauna, steam, whirlpool; prepare rooms for treatments; maintain sanitary conditions and linen inventory; ensure locker rooms and amenities are stocked; follow safety/sanitation policies and departmental procedures; demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills while delivering thoughtful, guest-focused service in a hotel spa environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred
