Spa Attendant

Spa Attendant at The Grand Tarabya Managed by Accor in Istanbul, Türkiye. Deliver consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service to all members and guests; assist guests with facility navigation and directed appointments; prepare and maintain treatment rooms per guidelines; operate spa amenities (saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools, relaxation areas); manage linen inventory and coordinate laundry to ensure adequate supply; maintain tidy locker rooms and stocked amenities; monitor cleanliness and report equipment maintenance needs; demonstrate knowledge of spa treatments to answer queries; adhere to departmental policies, safety and sanitation guidelines; remain calm, courteous, and solution-oriented when addressing guest concerns or special requests; perform additional duties to support spa operations; strong communication and organizational skills; previous spa/hospitality experience preferred; CPR and First Aid certification preferred; multilingual capabilities (Turkish and English) highly desirable; flexible scheduling including potential weekend and evening availability.
