Job Summary
Drive sales by meeting and exceeding monthly membership and retail goals through expert product knowledge, confident communication, and closing skills. Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting guests, educating them on services, enhancements, and membership benefits, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable visit. Create loyal members through tailored recommendations and follow-up. Manage the front desk: appointment booking, payment processing, and accurate records in the booking system. Promote the brand by communicating the mission, services, and offerings in a way that excites guests and inspires commitment to their wellness journey. Spa Enthusiast with a passion for health and wellness and strong customer-facing skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (hospitality, retail, fitness, or wellness industry preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Goal-oriented with ability to meet/exceed targets
- Professional and polished demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in guest service and membership/retail concepts
- Experience handling front desk tasks including appointment booking and payment processing
- Comfort with promotions and presenting service enhancements to customers
