Greet guests, check clients in and out, and ensure smooth appointment flow while maintaining a clean, organized front desk environment. Deliver exceptional client experiences by resolving concerns professionally and building strong relationships through personalized service. Meet and exceed membership sales goals by educating guests on benefits, recommending upgrades, and promoting spa services. Answer inbound calls to schedule appointments, make outbound calls to generate bookings, and follow up on leads and missed appointments. Maintain accurate scheduling and client information while supporting daily opening and closing procedures.
