Spa Associate

Greet guests, check clients in and out, and ensure smooth appointment flow while delivering an exceptional client experience aligned with our mission. Meet and exceed membership sales goals by educating guests on benefits, recommending upgrades, and promoting massage, facial, and wellness services. Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls to generate bookings, and maintain accurate appointment scheduling and client information. Maintain a clean, organized front desk and support daily opening and closing procedures, laundry, and stocking supplies. This role serves as the first and last impression for every guest at Hand & Stone, where we make every visit the best hour of our guests' month. Top performers significantly increase their earnings through memberships, upgrades, and retail sales.
