Job Summary
Spa Associate role at Hand and Stone in Brandywine, MD. You will provide excellent customer service to members/guests, greet arrivals, answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades, maintain an organized front desk and work environment, promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy, and support the guest experience with a positive, energetic attitude. Responsibilities include filing procedures, inventory and operations upkeep, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office, Spa Soft (training provided), basic accounting principles, strong communication skills, professional appearance, multitasking ability, and a team-oriented mindset. Compensation includes hourly wage with commissions/bonuses, and flexible schedules, plus employee discounts and rewards.
