Job Summary
The Spa Associate is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the spa, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a professional environment. Key responsibilities include checking clients in, confirming services, engaging clients with a Welcome, Empower, Connect process, and performing open/close duties. Candidates should have excellent sales skills, strong communication abilities, and preferably 2 years of experience in spa, hospitality, or retail settings. A positive attitude, team player mentality, and successful sales experience are essential for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of spa, hospitality and or retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week including weekends, plus extended holidays and special events
- Ability to engage and connect with clients in an enthusiastic manner
- Positive and outgoing personality with a willingness to create a team atmosphere
- Successful sales experience and training
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the Beauty / Wellness Industry preferred
- Technical skills and/or knowledge of Zenoti or other Spa operating systems is desired
